SATISFACTION OF CHARGES
Satisfaction of Charge refers to the full repayment of a loan or the release of an asset that was previously pledged as security. When a company settles its secured debt, it is legally required to intimate the Registrar of Companies (ROC) to ensure its assets are recorded as "free from encumbrance" on the MCA portal.
